Anger is a normal human response.  However, if you are unable to control anger that can be very damaging to your wellbeing both physical and psychological, and the wellbeing of others around you.   Hypnotherapy works on control techniques using anchors to allow you to tap into the calm state gained in hypnotherapy at times of stress.  It also deals with release of guilt and ego strengthening to overcome shame.
